Well Siler was better in college. Better prospect in the draft talent wise. Was a hell of a lot better stopping the run in limited action in SD. Was used in goal line situations in SD because hes so good against the run. Had better LB's infront of him preventing him from starting. Has the talent to be better against the pass, just needs the chance. He has that chance and coaching here.
So, to recap. Hes already better against the run than Belcher. And has the talent to be better at everything else also, just needs the chance to show he can be.
