Heard a pretty positive scouting report on Montgomery tonight. Despite the still bad results of late, his stuff has apparently been back the last few times out. Fastball is sitting 93-95 and touching 97. Curve is tight again and he's controlling it. Changeup remaining a strong offering, too.

Re: Myers... if they leave him as a September call-up while Francouer continues to be the worst everyday player in baseball (has cost them 15 runs and 3 wins so far this season)... VERY hard to swallow. Especially when they could get Myers broken in enough to hit the ground running in 2013.
