Report I saw a week or so ago had him sitting back at 93-94. That's where he's been in the past, with the ability to touch 97-98 when he needs it.
His curve and change were already considered advanced by most scouts last year. One-pitch guys don't get ranked in the top 10 by every organization.
I'd sure as hell take the flyer on him. I'd give up Collins and Crow without blinking. And I'd give up more than that, too.
