Josh Willingham might be available, and is signed to a very friendly 3-year deal.
I could see the Astros moving Carlos Lee, but I think his OF days are over.
The Cubs have LaHair who could be moved (but they control him for a while, and he's cheap).
San Diego's Carlos Quentin is probably the biggest premium bat that's out there, but San Diego has made noise about keeping him.
Honestly, Francouer is probably one of the better outfield options available. As long as the Royals' price is reasonable, they should be able to find someone that can use him.
I would prefer to work with the Dodgers and Ned Colleti. Mostly because he has a history of bad trades in pursuit of mediocre pennant-race bats and is a Brian Sabean protege (worst but luckiest GM in baseball).
