The Royals have signed their 1st 10 picks with about $111,500 left in their bonus pool.
Later picks after the 10th round can get up to $100k without any bonus impact, but that 111.5K is now available to goose one of those bonuses up to 200k if they need to. They can also spend another ~$300k or so on a bonus without losing a draft pick, but they'd have to pay a 75% tax on that money.
