I generally tip about ten percent. I figure that they're making their money already as opposed to waitresses who get that weird sub-minimum wage stuff. So I can't see tipping the same as I'd get in a restaurant where I'm getting water refills and butter and stuff. But I don't know if I'm clueless. It always causes me stress because I don't know.

Enough to buy a gallon of gas is usually enough to keep me happy. So right now, anything less than $4 is pretty annoying. Of course, the mileage driven is taken into account as well. If I drive 4 miles round-trip and get $3 I'm not going to be mad, but if I drive 12 and get the same amount, I'm about to murder someone. So keep that in mind next time..
You'd tip your server 20% when you go out. And for what? To take your order and bring you your drinks? That's bullshit. Granted they get paid like $4 an hour; but most delivery drivers are only going to get paid minimum wage so it's maybe $3 more per hour AND THEY'RE SPENDING MONEY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR YOU. All servers 'spend' is a little sweat and some elbow grease MAYBE. The gas, oil changes and wear and tear make you really ****ing pissed when the guy hands you $2 with a smile and says "have a great day". Go **** yourself, pal. If you're not going to sweeten the deal and make it worthwhile, get off your lazy ass and get the pizza yourself.
