I generally tip about ten percent. I figure that they're making their money already as opposed to waitresses who get that weird sub-minimum wage stuff. I am a notorious heavy tipper(cab drivers fight over who gets to take my drunk ass places!) but I'd say 10-15% should be kosher.. but I'd set a $3 minimum. I usually tip 20% + whatever the extra change is to make it a whole number amount.
