I heard about this report this past weekend. There are more allegations opening up now.
Supposedly some Agents were hitting on some chick down in the Gaslamp quarter, boyfriend got involved somehow, blah blah blah. They tried pressing charges but were dismissed. Now the case is re-opened because of the OP and the hooker scandal.
Lots of San Diego news this week.
