Argue all you want, but simply knowing a woman or having sex with her previously does not imply consent. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that in most states, having sex with a woman who is too drunk to consent is considered rape, or at the least, sexual assault.

He not being falsely accused at all. He ****ing bragged about it.
