I read one interaction where he just stepped into a conversation and said "don't listen to that guy, he's just a lowlife blah blah". Seriously, I don't get what's so difficult to understand. Hootie understands he committed a bannable offense, so he knew the alternative was to never post here again... spending two weeks playing nice, followed by attacking people in threads that made no mention of him is kind of like gochiefs posting a gif that says "**** the mods" the day after coming back from a filter evasion ban. It makes the mods look like idiots for ever trying.
