Those posts were bullshit, and everyone knows it.
I like Phil. Know him personally and all that. But, this is a bullshit ban and I'm sure even he knows it. At this point, it appears to be more of a pride thing where he won't reverse it, since many of the mods have even said Phil was on his own on this one.
