In the last 10 years the Big XII has had 2 teams who have been to 2 or more BCS games. In the same time period the SEC has had 5 teams with 2 or more BCS game appearances.
Sure, the SEC has some bottom feeders in the conference, but it's not nearly as top-heavy as the Big XII has been.

I agree with you. I'm just pointing out the fact that there aren't 6 dominant SEC schools every year. There are a few cupcakes. There are a several strong programs. And there are 3 consistently elite programs. There is no reason to think that Mizzou will be some doormat.
