All signs point SEC unless Deaton can pull a rabbit out of his hat, and at this point looks highly unlikely. Intention will be clear after BOC meeting.

Wow...best news I have heard today. If this is the case, Deaton should be immediately terminated from his contract for being so foolish and opposing a move to the SEC.
