Notre Dame joining the Big 12 would probably be the most shocking thing to happen in sports in the last 10 years. There's just no way. It'd be like the Yankees moving to the NL Central. They already make a bazillion dollars a year off football, have a following from coast to coast, every game is nationally televised, and they could probably join any conference they want. Why on earth would they agree to become a slave to Texas...
