Oh, and I think the most advantageous way to use that element list is with a mage with elemental weapons. I had it on Anders, and kept various staves in my inventory for him to swap, rather than keeping a whole stack of random weapons for everybody. Although for certain tough fights I would switch out runes and so forth. I did keep 2 or 3 different one-handers for Aveline to use, just in case she ran up against something that was immune to whatever I had her using at the time (usually a dragon...).
