I was trying to gain weight and I think I tried a little too hard and got myself a food addiction. It's bad, I have a killer muffin top now and I can't see the bones on my chest. I'm at a healthy 195 up from 110 a year and a half ago, but now I'm getting tired all the time but can't sleep.
