Julie Andrews was in a movie in the early 80's called Victor Victoria. It was about a woman pretending to be a man that was pretending to be a woman in order to break into showbusiness. Alex Karras, (formerly of the NFL and the show Webster) played a homosexual bodyguard in it. It also had James Garner and Robert Preston in it. If you've never seen it, I highly recommend you check it out.
Quite possibly one of the funniest movies I've seen.
