Actually they may just need 2 more schools. The Big 12 has 8 bowl slots to fill. After this season they will play a round robin schedule. The north teams will have a rougher go at it and I can see that maybe 6-7 teams in the Big 12 at most will become bowl eligible. The Big 12 will end up losing revenue. I wouldn't count on Texas sharing any of theirs.
