We have no carry laws here, everyone has a gun. Not a month goes by where someone didn't shoot someone else over some stupid road happening. When I was contracting at the Mayo Clinic our head Network Officer was chased into the parking lot by a dude who didn't like how he looked at him; ended up in a brawl with cops coming and gun being confiscated.
I am currently doing a project at a downtown university and there are some funky people driving around here. I don't look at shit, just drive til I get out of the funk and back to my area.
To say you don't excercise caution on the roads means you are either stupid or naive. All hick smack aside if you live in a small town you don't get it. Nobody on this board (okay maybe MoHillbilly) is tougher than a bullet.
