I hate, I mean HATE, to do this.
But there is {sigh} a guy on Tigerboard that has been swearing for a couple of days now that this was exactly how it was going to go down, with NEB delaying an announcement until after MU's BOC had it's meeting and approved a move as well.
Please remember that I don't think anyone knows shit about shit, but it's been intriguing to watch him stick to this story that is so far developing as he's said it would.
