I work during the day and I'm not a big fan of eating while I'm working because I see it as a distraction, so I choose to just not eat during the day. When I get home from work, I'll just eat whatever I feel like. It could be a 2 lb steak with 6 scrambled eggs with it or just 12 scrambled eggs in general. Eggs are very cheap and should be eaten in an unlimiteed amount.
One thing that I do is put butter or tallow on everything, even my steaks. The extra fat tastes awesome. I have mentioned this before, but I firmly believe that the rising cancer rates (mainly breast cancer in woman) is do to a lack of animal fat in one's diet. Most woman gag at the thought of fat. A breast in mainly animal fat and if it doesn't get fat-soluble vitamins then it is prone to cancer. The same thing (prostate, colon cancer) in men
