Absolutely. I didn't clarify, and should have. Learn the lesson from your failures. But be honest enough and self critical enough and willing enough to learn them. Then move on. Forever. What's done is done, and you recognize what went wrong and the part you played in it.
It's nothing to dwell on, but forever there should life present you with a reminder course.
