I have no idea what that consists of, but detasseling was the worst job I ever had. You'd be standing in a bucket on a machine out in the hot sun bending over pulling tassels out of corn as fast as you mother****ing can (which usually wasn't fast enough) ALL DAY LONG. And supposedly it was easier with the machines, I didn't stick around long enough to find out what it was like without them.
