Dude... Things go well for me and countless other minorities... I'm not angry black man. We've had this discussion numerous times on here.
The video is mainly for the people in general that doesn't get a sense of what we actually go through on a daily basis and then try to marginalize our struggles to be considered and treated as equals.
I'm always surrounded by whites and I'm usually the token black guy as there's not many of us in IT period. I have no problem with white people but it doesn't mean that I'm not aware of what I have or other minorities have to do to excel.
It's like this... whites don't have to do near as much as minorities do to get by. We have to jump higher... score better... be light skinned... talk white... etc. It's a game all minorities play.
Not racist... just telling it like it is.
