If she establishes residence there, you'll have to go through the eviction process to get rid of her.
There are people who go through life bleeding people dry as long as they can and then once they have gotten all they can, they move on to the next. Once she establishes residency, she can call the cops on you if you try to throw her out. You'll have to go to court and start the eviction process just like any landlord who has to eject a bad tenant.
