How much money a guy makes, how much he's slated to make, when his contract expires, if he's got a good attitude or is a locker-room distraction, if he's a consistent playmaker or inconsistent and underperforming, if he brings more in trade than his value, etc.,. And that last one is key, 'cause the one thing Pioli learned in New England is that no one is untradeable for the right price. If someone had come along and made the Pats a stupid-good deal for Tom Brady, don't think they wouldn't have taken it in a heartbeat, because Belichick and Pioli both have a long-term view of things. If Pioli feels "Bowe < a 2, a 5, and a LB" then he'll act on it.

I seriously don't see how a team can replace Bowe's producticity with a 2 and 5.
