If you're a 3rd shift nurse, I have no doubt at all that you have spare time, it's simply the nature of the night shift (my wife was one for about a year before going back to days).
Dedicate some of that free time to a colleague. Same team - why so indignant about helping out someone that has to fight the same wars you do?
I gotta say, after seeing most of your posts regarding your job, I have to believe you're about the shittiest nurse to ever 'grace' the profession. You have a massive sense of entitlement and an incredibly inflated sense of self-worth. I'm sorry that your job requires that you work with people that aren't feeling well; I'm sure they'd just as soon not have to deal with you as well.
You just strike me as an incredibly unhappy person and that is absolutely poison in your profession. You can come along and tell me how great you are and how happy you are all you want, but nothing you've said/done on this board would support it so I'm inclined to ignore it.
Carry on, I'm sure you have a supervisor and/or doctor to go bitch about. Afterall, they're all out to get you.
