So we're having clay-pot chicken tonight. You put the chicken in the water-soaked pot, then put the pot in a cold oven. Of course at this point you're supposed to turn on the oven. After about 1:15, I realize that I set the thermostat, but hadn't turned it on to bake. So we decided to eat dessert (key lime pie) first. Chicken is still probably 40 min away.
