It's a very sticky situation because there is no sure thing out there. Tony risks going to another team, not winning it all there, and then continuing his career path of not winning a championship and also tarnishing his legacy here. If I were Tony, I'd look and see if the guys running the team were incompetent. If they were, I would full on ask to be traded. If not, I would dive fully into the challenge of trying to build one here. I don't know if Haley is going to be a good head coach or not, but I like his attitude of trying to be the first ones to do something in a place.
The one good thing about Gonzo is you know you'll get his full effort if he's playing for you...
