Congrats. I am jealous. Every single damn house I'm interested in always has an offer on it, or is in back up, or theres something wrong with the foundation, or they won't accept my 4.75% FHA loan, or massive problems with the roof. I found two today that I would have bought today alone, one just had an offer pending and the other had a fucked up roof. Always something.
