Get in Sears and Burlington Coat factory form Antioch to take 2 of the 3 empty anchor spots and try and convince 24 hour fitness or open a new gym in the other anchor spot.. A huge gym in one of those anchor stores would be awesome and draw lots of traffic in..
Then I would try and get a Friday's put in upstairs with an outside door so they can stay open late and same for the old Kelso's downstairs..
Then If I can finagle the old Bishop's/Furr's owner to open up inside so I can get more seniors in there..
Sad thing is I have plans for this that I made when I had my Punch software..

I always heard Metro had problems with leases...like they lost their GAP b/c they wanted way too much for the space, so they basically told them to 'eff off and moved to ZR.
And by "old Kelso's" do you mean the one that's right off a south entrance? I hope that place didn't close down. I loved their calzones.
