Is it a slam-dunk no-way-in-heck-he-won't-do-it that (if hired) Pioli (a) fires Herm and (b) drafts a QB with the #3 overall?

I mean, Pioli drafted Tom Brady in the 6th round, didn't he? That's one round higher than Thigpen.
