I think the thing that most people were impressed with was Sanchez' composure.

That comes from confidence in himself, his receivers, and his line to protect him, as well as his age, relative to Stafford.

Stafford, on the other hand, doesn't have that same confidence in receivers or his line.
His receivers have made some terrible drops, though they have improved as the season progressed, and his line is made up of freshman and 2nd stringers, so his protection has broken down fairly consistently.

He's also 20 years old.

Those things will improve as he matures, and as he grows in an offense.

Sanchez is more NFL ready, but I htink they both have huge upside.
