1. The NFL has already announced that the Bucs and Pats are playing the International Game in London next year.

2. I doubt anyone would want to waste international exposure on the Chiefs vs. Bills.
Buffalo played an International Game this season in Toronto.
Hey, we are just speculating on a "major" announcement. It's probably naming rights or something like that.
