The point is that we need several future pro-bowlers among the young guys to push for a SB. You can point to Albert, Bowe, and Flowers as having that potential. Too soon to say one way or another on Dorsey. But we also need stars at the QB and LDE position, and those are hard to find.

When people complain about the talent, they are probably referring to the fact that at the moment we still need to turn over at least half of our starters to be truly competitive for a Super Bowl.
