I anticipated this. When I originally recruited members to Germ Warfare, they were drugged, and had nuclear devices surgically implanted. If just one of them is inside your new HQ when you attempt to remove my remote detonator, or kill me, BOOM! Also, even if you EMPTY your HQ, the surgically implanted nukes have a blast radius of 500 trillion miles.
