Well, you can't judge Herm behind the crappy position Vermeil left this team in. Herm is sure putting his mark on this team, but he can only do so much each year cleaning up after the Vermeil era.
If you can't throw Brodie under the bus because of the offensive line, then logic argues you can't throw Herm under the bus because of the team he inherited as well.

fine ... then when do we gain the right to hold Herm responsible for the team that he puts on the field ... 2009,2010??
lemme guess, the year after Herm leaves he will be responsible for the team on the field .... just in time for people to give the new coach a pass by blaming Herm.
