Last year, KC didnt get a first down until the 3rd quarter and even when the defense gave KC the ball on the 11yd line, KC couldnt score even 3 pts, all the while letting Indy, score, then score again and then score some more so that the game was pretty much over by halftime.
So in my opinion both performances were horrible, but IMO, the '03 playoff game sucked slightly less than the 06 game. What does that mean for this year? Nothing, they're not making the playoffs this year and will soon be the doormat of the league by the time Herm and Carl ride off into the sunset. This teams not building anything.

The biggest difference between the two teams was that, no matter how far we got down by in 2003, I never got too worried (see: Green Bay game 2003). I always felt that that team would do something to stay in the game.
Even on the last possession of the playoff game in 03 (we were down 7), on the 50 yard line, I thought we had a chance to score.
I don't know if this team has the ability to come back from even a 10 point deficit. The bottom line with this team (and say what you will about the defense so far) is that the defense can't hold them off forever. They've gotten down by two scores early in both games. That's almost insurmountable for this offense.
