I don't know about "regularly" but I do enjoy a good bath every now and then. It helps my feet avoid blistering when I overdo walking or jogging, it helps my back loosen up on the rare stiff day and, well, I just enjoy reading a book in the tub from time to time. I don't do bubbles or candles, however (or Tequila Rose).
