A quick Scouser (Liverpool) joke.
There was an upstanding Manchester man driving a delivery van full of bowling balls on the highway. He saw a couple of apparently stranded motorists with a motorcycle. Being the fine man he is, he stopped on the shoulder and asked them if they needed help. They said their motorcycle was broken and needed a lift. Being the upstanding man he is, the Manchester man told them that if they got in the back and loaded their motorcycle he would help them. Just after loading, the police showed up. The policeman asked the Manchester driver what he was doing on the shoulder. He told the the policeman that he was helping a couple of stranded motorcycle riders with a broken bike. The policeman didn't believe him and opened the back doors. The policeman saw the Scousers on top of the bowling balls with the motorbike and radioed the police station. "I need backup! I've got a van load of Scouser eggs, 2 have hatched and they have already stolen a motorbike!"
