Did 30 reps of 180 on the bench. I havn't benched in 10 years so I have a ways to go. Did mostly cardio, almost an hour on the thread, eliptical, bike, and stairs. Thank god I have quit smoking.

Also, be careful with the amount of water you drink during and after your workouts. Drink Gatorade/Powerade and mix with water. Believe it or not, a lot of people die every year from over-drinking water after workouts because they de-salinate their blood. It recently happened to a 25 year old SWAT member here in LA after a long hike in the Santa Monica Mountains. Too much water killed him.
Be careful.
