Did 30 reps of 180 on the bench. I havn't benched in 10 years so I have a ways to go. Did mostly cardio, almost an hour on the thread, eliptical, bike, and stairs. Thank god I have quit smoking.
But yeah, I am hoping she like dudes 10 years older with a shitty car-lol

Good luck, man. Just keep working and make sure you stretch properly before cardio and weight lifting. Your working out could come to an abrupt end if you don't. You don't want a strained hamstring, quad or achilles tendon to set you back for several months.
