The only part I haven't billed someone for is the artwork. Frankly it takes me forever and I'm not that good at it.
I set up the server & OS, co-locate the box, manage them, install all the software (DNS, mail, web server, etc), monitor security, code the web site, create the database, etc, etc. Other than the art work I'm your man.
