That's a factor for sure, but what grosses me out is when they shove a giant implant in and you can tell all the skin is stretched to the point it is about to just snap. Have you ever noticed how Pam Anderson has that flat spot where the skin is stretched between her breasts from her implants? That's not attractive IMO.
