Pshaw. Move to KC on credit, enroll in school, get a part time job and take out student loans. This will carry you for at least four years, maybe five depending on what you study. The California part, of course, requires a lot more money but with your new college education you could do it in 4 years. Of course you would still probably have only $3-400 in your account if you move to Ca.
