Sorry, didn't know it had been asked again.
I was a minority partner in a tech startup and my employees gave me that nickname. See, since I didn't have enough ownership to force anything I would use the fact that I had all of the industry knowledge in the ownership group to force their hand by refusing to do jobs until I got my way and generally disobeying any rules or requests I knew weren't in the company's best interest.
Anywho, my guys decided that to our majority partner I was like a bad rash that only flared up on occasion and couldn't be cured.
