Ok. I'm currently replacing all the ugly painted pine baseboards with new stained oak baseboards in casa numero uno. Oh, and replacing the cheap, painted interior doors with wood.
Tomorrow I am meeting with an architect to talk about designs for the addition/ remodel on casa numero dos.
