In November, they would do "weekly ugrades" to their whole system. They would do it on Sunday nights at midnight. I understand they are trying to please their customer base. But I get home from work around midnight. To come home to no internet AND no cable sucks. I just don't understand why they have to do maintence or upgrades every ****ing week. Doesn't make any sense.
