I have nothing on (noise-wise). Sounds like he's listening to a basketball game. The crowd is yelling defense.
I've met two of my neighbors. One of the chicks that lives above the person across from me. She filled me in on who was cool when I was moving in. There was a guy standing outside when I got home Friday night smoking a cigarette. I talked to him for a few minutes to see how long we'd been without power. I have no clue which apartment is his. If he's the guy above me, then I wouldn't mind catching a glimpse!
