And as background info for you n00bs, this type of thread isn't new. The original group of all-nighters was dubbed "The Night Crew".
Back in the days when the Planet only had a thousand or so posts a day, the day guys would start football related discussion and expect to come back the next morning to carry on with those discussions, only to find the Night Crew would have hijacked the best ones and turned them into poop threads, etc.
Ah, those were the days. Or so I hear. That s**t was pre-me.
